Snippets 20.52

And...we're back! Now to continue catching up on the blogging front! Here we go...

Sweet Sundays.

Keira, sitting so patiently & ladylike at the doctor's office,
waiting for mama to get her staples removed.
Ahhh... I can breathe again!

Apparently, at the World Market, Adirondack chairs are suitable substitutes for slides!

But swinging is still her fave!
This is at Penny's house, our neighbors up the road.

Having fun playing around with her knee & elbow pads.
We finally found some small enough for her, & they're still too big!
{also her new Trunki suitcase for our upcoming trip to NC!}

Red cannas blooming in the yard.

Enjoying an evening at the temple grounds with Ana, Carter, & Lila.

Dainty flowers on the front stairs.

Sweet sights from the kitchen window.

Colorful wildflowers.

  1. Oh, Shiloh, how wonderful to have you and Keira back and your much loved Lily and Co., posts! Keira looked just perfect in her new Sunday Dress and sandals, and "how prime and proper" was she waiting for you at the Dr's office. You have taught Keira very good manners.

What an imaginative little girl you have raised concerning using an Adirondack Chair as a slide. Are her new elbow and knee pads for kneeing in the garden?

I love the pretty red cannas flowers and I wanted to ask if the pretty flowers in front of the window was a hanging basket? Explain more, please, like what kind of flowers.

Tell me more about Bob, like what his different tests showed etc. How many kidney stones did he pass etc.

Welcome home, my dear. I hope you are glad to be home.

    Love Joy

    1. Thanks, Joy. No, her knee & elbow pads are for bide riding & such, but I suppose she could use them in the garden if she wanted. In front of the kitchen window is a planter Bob put together, & it has some type of large hanging geranium with pink blossoms, as well as some other small succulents in it. Bob doesn't have kidney stones, thank goodness. He's just recovering from an infection. Yes, we are glad to be home, even though we had a great visit with the family in North Carolina!
