Snippets 31.52

Lots of this going on around here lately.

Evening ice cream stop! A rare treat.
She was so happy to pick out her very own flavor,
Birthday Sprinkles!

Siomara, waiting for Keira to wake up,
and passing the time on the leappad.

Playing with confetti!
(I make sure they are larger pieces of ripped up paper,
so we don't have to spend all day cleaning it up!)

Soon our bamboo will be hitting the kitchen ceiling!

I made these little water toys out of cut up sponges,
just strips tied together with string.

Siomara came with us to Hollywood for another of Keira's castings.

The girls were so excited to be on this 'adventure' together!

Passing the time playing games on the cell.

Posing against some sidewalk art.

And after a long car ride there and back,
we took them to the park to play.
Bob had the girls doing some major synchronized swinging!

Siomara had left her sweater at our place and it got misplaced.
When we found it, Keira just had to put it on,
upside down, of course. teehee!

  1. Shiloh; I enjoyed the primary art on the Book of Mormon. My Dad had me read the Book Mormon (cover to back) when I was 15. He said it was time for me to get my own personal testimony. I loved the stories therein and especially stories about Nephi, Ammon, Alma, the 3 Nephities, and Captain Moroni. To me it was very fascinating reading.

It made me happy to see Keira eating her own "Birthday Sprinkles" Ice Cream. What a treat. I am glad she gets to taste the pleasures of life. It makes my heart sing to see children enjoy life

I am also glad that Siomara got to visit Hollywood with Keira and see what Keira does during the day. It is funny to me that little kids enjoy life so much more when they have a friend to share with. How delightful that Bob pushed them at the same time on the swings.

Your Bamboo being so tall really cracked me up because Heidi has a plant like this that got so tall that last night it fell over on the ground even though it was staked up, so Heidi will have to get some bigger stakes. It is a plant like the fake one your sister has only it is real. It just has been growing for about 6 yrs and finally got to big it just bend over and layed all pitiable on the ground. Do you have your Bamboo staked up?

Aren't you smart doing BIG pieces of paper for confetti instead of little pieces of paper. Holy Cow, what a mess Siomara and Keira made of the living room. I also liked the sponges for water tied together with strings. You are a clever girl.

    Love Joy

  2. P.s. I can't believe Keira put Siomara's Sweater on upside down. What an imaginary girl.

  3. Thanks for your sweet comments, Joy! I like to hear your stories, too! No, the bamboo is not staked up, but I'm sure it will need to be sometime soon! Keira putting on Siomara's sweater upside down is more silliness than imagination I think. LOL
